Arlington Kicks Off 3rd Annual ‘ Turn Around , Don ’ t Drown ’ Art Contest Feb . 4
The City of Arlington ’ s Public Works and Transportation Department ’ s 3rd annual “ Turn Around Don ’ t Drown ” art contest starts Monday , Feb . 4th and ends Wednesday , April 17 .
This annual contest provides an opportunity for our 3rd grade students to illustrate the dangers of driving , riding a bike or
walking through flooded roadways .
