SUMMARY OF NPDES AND / OR TPDES PERMIT NOTIFICATIONS RECEIVED
The City of Arlington receives notices of intent for construction activity that will disturb five acres or more and are received by the City of Arlington ’ s Community Planning and Development Department as part of the SWPPP . Notifications are cross referenced with the TCEQ ’ s General Water Quality Permit Database . During the reporting period , there were 34 active Construction NOIs . Twenty-five ( 25 ) NOI operators that terminated construction during the reporting period . Seven ( 7 ) NOCs were received by COA Stormwater Management during the reporting period .
Two ( 2 ) TPDES MSGP NOIs and one ( 1 ) MSGP NECs were approved by TCEQ during the reporting period according to the TCEQ General Water Quality Permits database . Any MSGP facilities that were approved but not included on the COA ’ s current industrial list were updated accordingly .
