2 . Cooperative Purchase
Regional Stormwater Management Program has historically conducted one purchase annually of several education and outreach related items . The goal was to combine as many orders as possible to achieve the lowest unit cost . Due to the ability of local government agencies to now order items at a “ best price ” directly from specific contracts made available to them , the Cooperative Purchase has undergone a significant scaling back to just several items for FY19 . Several print items , that were previously available for purchase , are now made available to participating members by way of free graphic and print files upon their request to NCTCOG . The items cooperatively purchased in April and May 2019 for the purpose of distributing , displaying , and / or installing are listed in the following table .
