City of Arlington records indicate that there are 97 facilities that carry MSGP coverage : 42 facilities hold a Notice of Intent ( NOI ) and 55 facilities carry a No Exposure Certification ( NEC ). There were 63 facility inspections completed for industrial stormwater discharges during the reporting period ; 40 NOI inspections , 23 NEC inspections , and 8 Follow-Up NOI Inspections . There were a total of 74 industrial pretreatment inspections and 124 surveys ( commercial backflow prevention and wastewater treatment inspections ) conducted by City of Arlington Water Resource Services during the reporting period .
