III . Evaluation of the Effectiveness of this MCM
Historically , the effectiveness of this MCM was gauged through citizen surveys . Given the limited response , the Stormwater Educator continues to evaluate a more appropriate method to gauge program effectiveness . A new method to gauge program effectiveness will be implemented in the next permit term .
