“Together we can do great things”
M other Teresa said, “I can do things you cannot, you can do things I
cannot, together we can do great things.” This is true and as we grow
and evolve as a company, we must not just work together but respect
each other and care about each other so that we can do even greater
things.
As it is in the world of football or many other team sports, each
player has a specific role and various tactical schemes are used to
win the game. Whether you are a midfielder the goalkeeper,
striker, defender, or forward each player gives of his best. It is
then that he team’s cohesiveness and team spirit can make the
difference
I wish to underscore the value of our team to this most
important industry – tourism. We should feel a sense of pride in
what we do and in much the same way, we insist that our service
providers in the industry meet certain standards; and perform
excellently; we must also continue to hold ourselves
accountable.
While the research indicates that staff morale is at its
highest in a long time, there is much more that we
can achieve. We will not settle but strive for better
and more, consistently.
