1. What is your position at TPDCo? How long have you been with the organization and what lessons have you learned? My position is Project Manager. Three and half years. I have learnt the following lessons: a. Don’t underestimate the value of your colleagues. b. The power of respect when dealing with difficult external stakeholders. 2. You are a member of Toastmasters Interna- tional, Give us a reason why one should join To enhance my public speaking ability. One of my desires is to be excellent speaker. 3. You are known to some for your warm and calm personality, how do you maintain com- posure? I don’t have an instant formula, however I believe that through practice over the years I have learnt to restraint yourself. I have got- ten to appreciate the value of a maintaining composure. 4. Father’s Day just passed, how has being a father changed your life? My life has changed tremendously. I feel greater sense of responsibility, as two addition- al lives are depending on me. It has prioritised my life to focus on leading my immediate family. 5. What makes you roll over with laughter? A great joke 6. Which place in Jamaica do you frequent and why? Dunn’s River Falls. The environment is so ma- jestic. I look forward to my natural massage at the bottom of the falls. 22
