23.3 Grievances (Appeals)
Any employee or group of employees has the right to talk about their grievances
with Management at anytime
Grievances should be discussed in the following manner:
(I) First, with their immediate Supervisor/Manager; if not satisfied
(ii) Second, with their Head of department; if not satisfied
(iii) Third, with the Executive Human Resource Manager; if not satisfied
(iv) Fourth, with the Executive Director, and finally with the Board of Directors
