In an office filled with so many different personalities,
interacting with each and every individual impacts you
in different ways. Today, we are featuring a ball of light
and positive energy, a Hamptonian who never hesitates in
sharing a smile and positive words – Dahlia Dwyer
1. What would your autobiography be called?
“NOT WHAT IS, BUT WHAT CAN BE”
2. YOU’RE A NEW ADDITION TO THE CRAYON BOX, WHAT
COLOUR WOULD YOU BE AND WHY?
I’d be a ‘wish’ colour…like the blank in a scrabble set.
I like the idea of being able to transform to whatever is
required for each task. Every new opportunity presents
the chance for us to reinvent ourselves. I refuse to believe
that I must suit any one mold or ‘colour’ but instead relish
the thought of transforming into what I need to be for
the challenge at hand maintaining and revering only the
fundamentals.
3. If you were 80 years old, what advice would you
give your children?
Focus and improve your strengths, utilize the abilities of
others in doing the rest. You do not have to be or know
everything; you just need to participate in building and
strengthening a likeminded community of complimentary
experts… in other words be a part of a winning team. If
you want to go fast go alone…if you want to go far, go
together ~African Proverb

Clason
7. What is your dream job OR dream life?
Dream job is operating an enterprise that
develops the skills of young people, harnesses the
use of technology, and employs the wisdom of
age in the form of underfunded retirees. This

to the world.
8. What would you say is your favourite place
in Jamaica?
My favourite place is anywhere that characterizes
island ‘livity’…anywhere with well-tuned or live
music, people conversing, and food under open
skies. It is anywhere from a robust, spirited church
event, to a gathering of friends at ‘lookout’ in the
St. Andrew Hills.
