Our wheatsheaf symbol captures the structure of this strategic plan. The three ears of corn represent the Foundation’ s core purpose: Academic Advancement, Individual Growth, and Character Formation. Supporting and sustaining these are the two stalks, Community Partnership and Operational Excellence, which create the conditions in which exceptional education can flourish. Surrounding and strengthening the whole are our values of Courage, Truth and Trust, guiding our growth and ensuring that every step forward remains true to who we are and what we stand for.
