Through Game On, we will build on these strengths by creating a clear, modern sporting vision centred on participation for all, alongside targeted excellence where talent and potential exist. We will enhance coaching, strengthen athlete-development pathways, invest in strength and conditioning, develop strategic partnerships, and broaden opportunities for competition and lifelong engagement in sport.
By ensuring that every pupil can Explore, Commit and Excel, Game On will use sport as a powerful vehicle for wellbeing, character development, community and achievement.
