Wednesday of Tourism with the Vice Minister Sandra Howard
The vice - minister of Tourism, Sandra Howard, was the special guest for talking about Tourism for a modern Colombia, in the frame of the event: Wednesday of Tourism, organized by Fenalco and Unicolombo.
The meeting took place at the Centro Colombo Americano's auditorium, on November 23rd, and it was a very important opportunity to descover the Colombia's tourism goals for 2018. According to the vice - minister of Tourism, Colombia aspires to present itself as an important tourism destination that consolidates the goals achieved.
The vice-minister mentioned the upcoming goals for 2018:
Income tourism for about USD 6.000 millions.
300 new jobs.
5.000.000 foreign visitors.
556 events organized.
5.000 people bind to the tourism sector.
The event was one of the most important opportunity to know the Vice -Ministry of Tourism's results, as well as the future goals.
