Meeting between the research group of Gastronomy and Mexican students
Sorely Soleno, professor leader of the research group of Gastronomy of the Bachelor of Business in Tourism and Hospitality Manage, imparted a socialization about the research activities of this group on 28th june.
This information was shared with the 5 Mexican students of the program DELFIN who came to Cartagena to do their research intership at Unicolombo, lead by professor Sonia Durán. They also had the opportunity to saher with the students of the seedbed gastronomy.
Profesor Soleno talked about the mission, vision, objectives and the activities that this research seedbed has been doing.
The Mexican students worked on a characterization of the gastronomic sector in Cartagena de Indias, applying a pilot test and developed a statistical validity process, that conformed the program Leaders Formation in Customer Service.
At the end of this meeting, the students from the seedbed, María Camila Jiménez Méndez and Sara Lau Ferro, gave some typical sweets to the Mexican students.
The meeting was a very interesting interchange.
