Events trek

Last friday 31st may, the research seedbed Ancestral Gastronomy of the Great Caribbean, of the Bachelor of Business in Tourism and Hospitality Management, attended the XVI Departmental Encounter of Research Seedbeds Redcolsi - Edesi 2019.

This research seedbed was represented by four students who exposed two tourism products projects which were designed in the context of the fourth semester subject: Tourism Product. The name of these projects were:

1. Colombian Caribbean Cheese Museum, presented by Geraldine Villareal Arrieta and Daniela González Gómez.

2. Hacienda Paraíso Tropical, presented by Leidy Giraldo Agudelo y Jhan Mejía Campo.

In Redcolsi, these students received a feedback to improve their projects and they also were motivated to continue the research.
