As a Tourism student, I had the opportunity to be part -as a volunteer- of the Ficci , the Cartagena de Indias International Film Festival
This experience was completely amazing, I was able to interact with other foreign people, I was able to meet many actors and actresses such as Tilde Swinton, Consuelo Luzardo, Patrick Delmas, lady Noriega, and the special guest, Owen Wilson.
As a volunteer I had the opportunity to practice my English and learn different processes and protocols. I could practice all what I have learnt during my formation.
It was a great experience because I met famous people while I was working and offering an excellent service. I could even made some pictures with national and international actors and actress. It was great to talk in English in order to improve my level and communicate with people that I used to watch on t.v. or on a cinema screen.
I would like to come back to learn more and to be part of this special experience in which tourism and cinema converge.
