10 new friends of Tourism
Leidy Giraldo Agudelo, Jhoiner Mendoza Gómez, Jean Carlos Valiente, Gerson Estrada Zúñiga, Nelson Castro Contreras, Mayerlis Maza Julio, Diana Acuña Silva, Beanlly Herrera Gorgona, Daniel Castro Hoyos and Corina Boneo Meza, are the name of the 10 scholarship holders of the program "Becas a la Excelencia en Turismo", promoted by the Vice Ministry of Tourism. These students got the best Icfes exam score of the schools Amigos del Turismo.
Now they have the opportunity to be part of the Fundación Universitaria Colombo Internacional. They chose Unicolombo because of the quality of its programs and because they love English and Tourism. Here some of them:
My name is Diana Marcela Acuña Silva and I am from Mompox, Bolivar. I am 17 years old, I graduated from the Colegio Nacional de Pinillos de Mompox which is one of the institutions linked to the Friends of Tourism Program, Colegios Amigos del Turismo, thanks to this I was conceived a scholarship to access my professional studies which I am taking in the city of Cartagena at Unicolombo University. It has been a great experience. For that reason I invite you to always give the best of you so that with effort and will can achieve everything that you want.
My name is Leidy Giraldo, I am a scholarship of the program Becas a la Excelencia en Turismo, offered by Fontur, thanks to the score that I obtained in my Saber 11 exam. I am studying Bachelor of Business in Tourism and Hospitality Management at Unicolombo, where I have received a warm reception from the teachers and an excellent guide.
My name is Jean Carlos Valiente , I am 17 years old. I study tourism at Unicolombo , I live in La Boquilla. I finished highschool in the Institución Educativa La Boquilla. Nowaday, I have a scholarship offered by the Vice - ministry of Tourism gave me. I keep on doing my best to be the professional that my family and me dream of.
