Hello! My name is Adriana Roca Suarez, I am a student of the Bachelor of Business in Tourism and Hospitality Management. I would like to show a Seafood rice recipe that my classmates and me cooked in our gastronomy class.

Ingredients:

•Rice

•Seafood mix (fish, prawns, Oysters, Squid fish, shrimp and octopus).

•Chopped onion

•Red paprika cut into strips

•Minced green paprika

•Tender corn

•Salt and pepper to taste

•Olive oil

•Carrot

•Water

Preparation:

To make this exquisite dish, we will cook in a easy way. Add a little oil on a cauldron, and add the rice previously washed to prevent the rice to be fried, then add water, chopped sweet pepper and salt.

Julienne the vegetables and add peppers, onion, carrot, kidney beans on a pan on the fire, with oil and butter. When the pan is hot, add the vegetables and fry them. Uncover the rice to add the vegetables and then the seafood, stir them until all the ingredients are mixed. Let it cook 10 or 15 minutes more and then served it.
