Most countries marked their International tourist arrivals in growth path for the last few years. The main reason for this growth is considered as a result of globalization and drastic revolution happens in Technology, communication, politics, culture, and social networks. The Technological advancement drives the transportation and communicational improvements which directly facilitated the movement of international tourists. Nowadays, the intensity of interactions between peoples and business firms increased and irrespective of geographical borders and cultures the travelers come to the point to consider the world as a single unit. Since tourism demands face to face communication revolutionized IT sector contributes to change in the management of Tourism businesses. Introduction of computer reservation systems (CRS) and global distribution systems (GDS) are some examples. Air transport growth makes global travel to shrink in terms of time and distance, Many international companies seek their own way to grow and try to benefit by the economic scale and to achieve dominance at a global level. As a part of their Transnational corporations (TNC) and Multinational companies (MNC) strategies, they have planned for linkages, vertical and horizontal alliances, mergers, and acquisitions. The globalization phenomena thus contributed to tourism in many ways. The image of a destination plays an important role in Tourism development. The individually or collectively gathered images about each destination is a result of the sensitive nature of this industry. To attract tourists as well as international investors every country tent to make their image in a positive way. Every tourist is different and their needs may also vary. In this hyper-competitive world, Tourism industry should have the capacity to provide unique experiences to the tourists to tap the potential of different international markets..
