Eggball , Guyana ’ s favorite goto street food . Eggball can be found at most cookshops and street food vendors across Guyana . Cassava is boiled and seasoned to taste , eggs are boil hard and the cassava is applied over the egg to create a ball which is then fried to a crispy golden color . Best served with mango sour or pepper .
Seven Curry is a combination of 7 vegetarian curries served in the giant Lotus leaf and paired with rice and puri . The curry combination includes Channa curry , catahar curry , mango curry , aloo ( potato ) curry , pumpkin , callaloo , dhal , eddo with baigan ( eggplant ). Seven Curry is traditionally meant to eaten with your fingers . Condiments served on the side are achar , Mango chutney or pepper .
