The first mural of the project can be found on the corner of 2nd Avenue and 7th Street , on the side of Beanpod Chocolate , Gelato & Coffee and was officially presented to the community on October 15 , 2019 . ‘ All Kinds of Beauty ’ by Michael Hepher is 96 feet long and around 15 feet tall . Designed to capture the beauty of our diverse community in a symbolic way , the bright , graphic work includes references to Fernie ’ s dramatic landscapes , industry , nature , community , and recreational activities . Peeking around the corner towards 2nd Avenue is a large raven , in honour of the Ktunaxa name for this area – Quk ’ in Amak ’ is , Land of the Raven .

The second mural of the series can also be found in Station Square , on the south laneway wall facing The Arts Station . ‘ Grow with the Flow ’ is a collaboration between Tara Higgins and Becca Davies and highlights Fernie ’ s love of music , arts and the outdoors . The design grew from its original concept to over 100ft in length and is the perfect addition to the home of the Wednesday Socials – a free open air concert series hosted by the Arts Station that attracts hundreds of people every week in the summer months .
