Koleza Africa LTD was established in 2008. Koleza comes from a swahil word kukolea.Some of their services include: institional catering, confrence catering, housekeeping, homestay facilities, guesthouse management and maintance Office and home food delivaries.
Like many, Elizabeth admits her major challenge was starting capital but with help from her brother who had been in business he helped her start off. Before starting Koleza, Elizabeth was employed as a cook. She stoped because she wanted to go back to school and perfect her skills then open her own bussiness. She tells us clients know them for their deliacies- fried fish with avocado and kachumbari served with ugali, traditional vegetables is also popular. So far their major challenges remain to be consistent suppliers can be a problem and geting a pockect friendly premise to run the business.
Some of their must have products include: healthy wimbi flour,fried fish, cat fish, omena, sun dried beef and cooked traditional vegetables.
