Here’ s all you need to know about collecting your race pack and race number in the two days leading up to the Totalsports Women’ s Race.

Race Pack Collection
The Race Pack Collection & Expo for the Totalsports Women’ s Race Durban will be held at the playTsogo Globe, Suncoast Casino Hotels and Entertainment, Suncoast Boulevard, Durban, on the following days and times:
• Friday 1 August( 10:00 – 19:00)
• Saturday 2 August( 10:00 – 17:00)
All participants will receive their technical Totalsports Women’ s Race Event Performance T-shirt at Race Pack Collection. Please note that T-shirt sizes are limited and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
If you are collecting for yourself, please present the following at Race Pack Collection:
• The SMS confirming your entry, race number and distance.
• Proof of confirmed entry & payment.
• Your ID or Passport, or any other identification document.
All entrants are encouraged to collect their own individual race packs, but if you are collecting on behalf of another runner, please present the following at Race Pack Collection:
• The SMS confirming their entry and race number.
• Authorisation that you may collect their race pack on their behalf – download the Authorisation Form here.
• Your ID or Passport card, or any other identification document.
• A copy of their ID or Passport, or any other identification document.
PLEASE NOTE:
NO substitutions will be facilitated at Race Pack Collection. NO race pack collection on the day of the event, nor after the event.
What’ s in the Race Envelope
Your race envelope will contain one( 1) Totalsports Women’ s Race number and safety pins to attach it to the front of your club vest or T-shirt. Your timing chip is attached to this race number, so please do not bend or fold the race number, and do not tamper with the chip in any way. Take note: No Chip, No Time, No Result.
If you selected and paid for an ASA Temporary Licence, it will also be included in your race envelope, along with further safety pins to attach it to the back of your vest or shirt.
PLEASE NOTE:
At Race Pack Collection, please check that you have been issued with the correct race number( and temporary licence, if applicable) when you receive your race envelope. Should you spot any issues, please report it immediately to the registration staff.
Where Do I Attach My Race Numbers?
The two images below are illustrations of how race numbers must be attached to your race-day outfit, be it a club vest or a T-shirt.
CLUB RUNNERS:
• Display your ASA licence number on the back and front of your T-shirt.
• Place the event race number over the front ASA licence number, with the header of the ASA licence displaying as per the image below.
NON-CLUB RUNNERS:
• Display your race number on the front of your T-shirt.
• Display your ASA temporary licence number on the back of your T-shirt.
