RACE INFO
2.4 Please do not bend or fold your race number, or allow it to be covered by hydration pack straps or clothing, as this may interfere with the chip’ s signal and antenna. Without a functioning timing chip, you will not receive an official race time and position, nor qualify for any prizes.
2.5 Timing chips from previous Totalsports Two Oceans Marathon powered by BYD events are not valid.
3 RACE DAY KIT

If you are unsure, please refer to the official Race Rules for a full list of prohibited items to ensure your race day kit is compliant.
3.5 Hydration packs are permitted, but they must not cover your race number on either the front or back, as this may interfere with the timing chip.
