STATISTICS
In our regular Stats Section, we dig down into some of the interesting event statistics for the 2026 Totalsports Two Oceans Ultra Marathon and Half Marathon.

A considerably larger proportion of Ultra Marathon entrants are male, while the Half Marathon field has a higher percentage of female entrants, and overall, that means that around 45 % of all entrants are female.

Those entrants who will be tackling the race for the first time are listed as novices, but note that the novices in one distance may include some runners who have completed the other distance before.
