TRAIL RUN ENTRIES OPEN!
If you want to be part of the 2026 Totalsports Two Oceans Trail Runs, then make sure you get your entry in soon, as there are just 500 spots available in each race. There will once again be Long Trail 24km and Short Trail 16km options, prize money for the top finishers, and permanent numbers are awarded for 10 finishes( or three wins). All Trail Run entrants will receive an exclusive, event-specific T-shirt as well as a limited-edition pair of TTOM-branded Versus Quarter Running Socks.

The popular series of Totalsports Two Oceans Marathon Training Runs kicked off on Sunday 25 January in Cape Town, with longer or shorter distance options, the chance to wear-test the latest JOMA shoes, and lucky draw prizes at the post-run prize-giving. The second Training Run took place in Johannesburg on Sunday 1 February, and now runners are invited to sign up for the remaining runs in the series.
The rest of the TTOM Training Runs will take place on the following dates:
• Sunday 8 February: TTOM Training Run # 3, Durban
• Sunday 22 February: TTOM Training Run # 4, Cape Town
• Sunday 8 March: TTOM Training Run # 5, Pretoria
• Sunday 22 March: TTOM Training Run # 6, Stellenbosch
Joma Shoe Test: If you would like to test the Joma R1000 or R2000, please arrive early to allow enough time before your start time for the shoe swap at the Joma gazebo.
Hydration: There will be limited water stations along the routes, so we strongly recommend bringing your own hydration pack or handheld bottle to ensure you remain adequately hydrated throughout your run.
Lucky Draws: The lucky draw prizes will include some great prizes, including, Totalsports shopping vouchers and Joma apparel. In addition, runners who tested the Joma shoes will be entered into an exclusive draw to stand a chance to win one of two pairs of Totalsports Two Oceans Marathon Joma running shoes!
Note that numbers are limited for these runs, so you need to pre-book your spot, which can be done via the Race Entry System. Also, please arrive 30 minutes before the start, so that you
don’ t miss registration, the run briefing and a 6 short Totalsports warm-up Two. Oceans Marathon 2026
UPDATE YOUR ENTRANT PROFILE
All entrants must update your entrant profile by logging into your TTOM online profile, and this is what you will be asked to check or update:
• 2026 club and club licence number.
• Personal, medical and contact details.
• Qualifiers for start seeding batches. Ultra entrants must submit a marathon time run any time from 1 July 2025 to 15 March 2026, while Half entrants can upload a 10km, 15km or 21km time to secure a higher seeding. You will need to supply the name, date and distance of the race, as well as a website address where we can verify your new time. Note: If you run a faster qualifying / seeding time at a later date, you can update your seeding time free of charge at any time up until the profile update deadline.
Take note: No changes to existing runner profiles will be permitted after the respective event deadlines, being 28 February 2026 for the Half Marathon and Trail Run, and 15 March 2026 for the Ultra Marathon.
