NAOMI PEARCE
Director and Executive Program Manager of Total Focus Australia Pty Ltd
Director of Total Focus Australia Pty Ltd ( TFA ), Naomi Pearce , has a background in Marketing and Communication within the media industry . Having worked in the Media industry for over 15 years ( culminating in work for a national publication throughout Australia ), Naomi ’ s passion was ignited for helping people in the corporate and community sector . She then undertook further training in coaching , psychology and counselling . Following completion of this , Naomi founded and shaped Total Focus Australia .
Naomi holds a current certification and qualifications in Counselling , Coaching and Psychology as well as Communication and Journalism , and is finalizing her Honours at Deakin University in Psychology .
Naomi founded Total Focus Australia in order to pursue her passion of working closely with the people at the cross roads of their lives , which typically occurs in the career sectors of life . Naomi is dedicated to ensuring our mission and values remain central to our work , and that Total Focus Australia employees demonstrate to our Client ’ s that we are truly in their corner .
Naomi ensures our professionals are as excited about positive outcomes as our Client ’ s , and strive to uphold high standards in our work for Client ’ s , and in our relationships with Client ’ s .
Developing strategies and programs to benefit young people entering the work force is a passion for Naomi , as is :
❖ Liaising with potential employers ;
❖ Producing and implementing programs for people transitioning across industry career paths ;
❖ Designing and implementing counselling and coaching programs for exiting staff and individuals who are experiencing or have experienced redundancies , and ;
❖ Providing training and group counselling for institutions , corporations and our in-house workshops at TFA .
