Scope of services:
The contract between Certified Builders and Assessors was to source manage, and source apprentices for the building side of the company and assist with longevity of their traineeship. The contract between us and Total Focus Australia is one where there is a need for constant counselling / coaching between apprentices, supervisors and the trainee centre to ensure engagement.
Summary of Outcomes achieved:
The outcome is; that the retention of the Apprentices has been 100 % since August 2015( when TFA commenced working with the staff). This has assisted in the development of the business and the workflow. The satisfaction of the level of interest in the trade( expressed by the apprentices) to their direct trade supervisors was 80 % higher according to their appraisals, than before Total Focus Australia was involved. All of this amounts to an increase in revenue for the company.
