YOUTH SERVICES
At Total Focus Australia, our Youth Services team consists of passionate, skilled and highly trained professionals ready to support school leavers and youth needing career focus.
Our professionals include psychologists, counsellors, coaches, corporate business leaders and consultants across diverse industries, including the trades and services fields, who can provide insight into the needs of youth to be accepted into specialised fields.
TFA also has extensive experience working with youth with learning difficulties, from disadvantaged cultural backgrounds, youth with drug and / or alcohol addictions and young people who experience mental health barriers and homelessness. We provide consultants for students with disabilities, Aboriginal education support, medical practitioners and child specialists.
Our experts have a comprehensive background in counselling and psychology and thus are specialists in the psychological development of young people, including those who have diverse cultural and vulnerable barriers that can hinder success in finding and securing employment.
We provide the framework to help students achieve their study and career goals by considering their individual learning needs and backgrounds. Our young clients are provided with a high level of support and excellent services ranging from counselling, careers advice and career services to help plan the course of study and develop skills for success in their career.
