However , our favourite test with regards to identifying your unique skills , is a PAR Psychometric test , in which we also strategize clinical interviewing to best delve into your psyche and draw out the best vocational probabilities for your future .
The combination of the PAR Vocational Test and our skilled clinical interviewing identifies the innate qualities of your skills , your personality traits , and thus identifies a career path that will be ideal for your future . This test goes over 3 sessions , and culminates in a comprehensive report identifying actual job types and industry matches . This provides for you to leave with a clear goal in mind .
