We use many different tests to identify personality, passions and natural abilities. However, our favourite test with regards to identifying your unique skills, is a PAR Psychometric test, in which we also strategize clinical interviewing to best delve into your psyche and draw out the best vocational probabilities for your future.
The combination of the PAR Vocational Test and our skilled clinical interviewing identifies the innate qualities of your skills, your personality traits, and thus identifies a career path that will be ideal for your future. This test goes over 3 sessions, and culminates in a comprehensive report identifying actual job types and industry matches. This provides for you to leave with a clear goal in mind.
Personal Counselling
This service is provided by a very experienced counsellor. It may suit clients experiencing life issues to learn new coping strategies and rebuild their confidence.
New Business Coaching
This may suit an individual who is contemplating starting a new business and is unsure where to begin. These sessions are very goal and action focused and assist people to identify what they may need, the research that may be required and the professionals who need to be consulted. We simply empower the individual through the decision and set-up process.
