We select our contractors by the type of the employees that we are dealing with . We use the Psychological Registration Board to select our psychologists and the Association for Contextual Behavioural Science for the other Counselling Professionals . This is critical to successful outcomes for the client as our focus is always on outcomes for our outplacement client and their specialised needs .
