We select our contractors by the type of the employees that we are dealing with. We use the Psychological Registration Board to select our psychologists and the Association for Contextual Behavioural Science for the other Counselling Professionals. This is critical to successful outcomes for the client as our focus is always on outcomes for our outplacement client and their specialised needs.
