With the rise of woman's football, Crosby Stuart have a sister club which now provides an exit route into open age football.

As the number of players grew and with increasing FA demands so did the committee. Gone are the days when just he and his wife Jan who by this time was the club secretary could manage things! The club now has a committee consisting of Chairman, vice chairman, secretary, discipline officer, child welfare officers, head coach,development officer for both girls and boys as well as a general manager.

In 2017 Franks service to football was recognised by the FA and he accompanied the carrying of the Olympic torch.

A great honour he says but does not match the handshake of an adult who thanks him for all the help he gave them as a young child.

He would love to see more investment in playing fields and changing room facilities and thanks the 100's of club volunteers and all the low paid referees for helping 1000's of kids enjoy football. Without them what would I have been doing these last 32 years.
