TENNESSEE

The Tennessee Junior Classical League has been hard at work. Since nationals, the TJCL board has met to discuss its progress and goals, as well as to visit one another. TJCL has also started its very own photo of the month contest! Chapters from all over Tennessee can send in photos, capturing all the moments that make TJCL special. Soon, the board will meet in Chattanooga for the annual TJCL Fall Planning meeting. There, the board will discuss plans for this year’s TJCL convention, held in the spring. The board has been hard at work planning for a successful year, and we look forward to what this year will bring.

WANT

TO SUBMIT

A STATE

UPDATE?

YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE AN EDITOR TO SUBMIT!

If your editor is unavailable or your state does not have a designated editor, anyone else can submit instead! Please don't hesitate to write a state

update article just because you are not sure of whether it is covered by your list of duties.

State update articles do not need to be very long. There is no official word limit that requires your submission to be of certain length. Feel free to write about what your state has been up to

without the pressure of word count!

Once you've finished writing your submission, you can send it to Editor Anika Park at [email protected] or Publications Chair Kurt Ristroph at [email protected]. We accept pictures along with your article submissions as well!
