Salvete omnes!
Since you have last heard from me the officers and I have been working to keep the NJCL engaged through a Kahoot and a COVID-19-friendly National Classics Week. Additionally, I have been working to modify voting and elections to better suit our virtual national convention.
Detailed information about procedures is being sent to all sponsors, but please email me ([email protected]) with any questions. With the changes being made, it is more important now than ever for the NJCL to have a full slate of pre-filed candidates. If you have any interest in running for national office, please contact me with all questions and concerns you have. Remember, the deadline to pre-file is June 15. Though I am also devastated by our in-person national convention being canceled, I am looking forward to virtual convention with all of you!

Howdy y'all!
It has been a tumultuous time since early March, and things have been a little bonkers with a new normal.
With that being said, here's what I have done so far: I have received, judged, and posted 126 total Photo of the Month submissions! For those who still want to submit, feel free to send in a photo from previous months for consideration.
In addition, the method of submitting scrapbooks has been released on the Historian Facebook group with example high-placing winners from the 2019 convention at Fargo. Please take a look and send in your scrapbook submissions.
I have continued to collect the officers' social media end of month reports, and I plan on continuing this until our terms are over.
Stay pumped, JCL; we hope to make this convention the best it can be!
Best,
Jason Juang
