The new Auxiliary National Help Desk will go live on July 20 , 2023 .
Users will be taken to the new Help Desk from the existing " National Help Desk " click function on the National website ( cgaux . org ) and all WOW-based unit websites . Users will have access to searchable knowledge base articles to review common questions and answers without having to submit a ticket . When submitting a ticket , there will be guided forms to help route questions to the appropriate Help Desk support staff .
Auxiliarists are reminded to first consult their local unit mentors and chain of leadership and management for answers about standard policy and procedures before submitting a ticket .
IMPORTANT NOTE : The National Help Desk is separate from AUXDATA support . For questions about AUXDATA including member information , activity logs , facilities and patrols , submit a service request to auxdata @ acumensolutions . com
