Aulanda Park
2013/2014
What Is Aulanda Park?
Aulanda park is my dream. So lets look inside what that dream is made off for the public eye and what I want to help it become.
Behind The Dream - The Name
I chose the name "Aulanda" out of a name in a English Thoroughbred Racing TV program, not sure on its name, but id say i was around 12-14 at the time is was on TV. I liked the name, so i always planned when i finally bought my own property I'd call it "Aulanda Park". So that still far from being a reality, i thought I'll start that dream in another manner of another dream i had, so here it is.
Behind The Saying - "We're Just Simply Natural"
By "We're" I simply mean myself and any of my followers, or horse people who follow similar views to my own. So why is it i chose this phrase over any others i could have thought of? Well, I'm not Natural Horsemanship, I'm Simply Natural. Im not a Natural Horsemanship follower, I have come to regonise the difference, which i wish to share along my journey with others. There is such a broad veriety of "Natural Horsemanship" methods and tquniques, many of which im personally not keen on, so i wish to put myself and my own beleifs and methods into another category. When people read the phrase "Just Simply Natural", i want them to think about what this means.
There is no term or use of the word "Natural Horsemanship", nor "Horsemanship in that phrase or the main part of what i try to bring across in short words, but why not? What could possibly be the difference in responce to people who read "We Are Natural Horseman, or Horsemanship", compared to reading "We Are Just Simply Natural"? Depends on what they can themselve regonise in the terminologies being used.
So now, the term i cam up with, i wanted it to be from what i believed in, what I'd experienced and what i wanted to be able to share. Not a followed "Method" of a form of "Natural Horsemanship", but something i had shaped from my own findings. I have tried many of the claimed wonderful "Natural Horsemanship" methods and have discarded most of all that i did try. Reasons being it didnt feel right, it didnt look right, it didnt seem right to the horse, because it just wasnt right, not me for.
So we are not "Natural Horseman, we are not Natural horsemanship followers, we are from the horse, "Just Being" with him in the most "Simple, Authentic" manner and by doing so, are doing what is "Just Simply Natural" by him.
Be with him in a "grounded self being" (Just as we are), Be with him "authentically" (Simply be genuine in yourself, don't complex things), Be with him "as he is" (A Natural state of being), and wholaaa, by the way in which i am to be with my horses, comes my phrase of "Just Simply Being Natural".
And that is why, Aulanda Park is nothing else but, We Are, Just Simply Natural.
