Don ’ t you think this whole pandemic situation was a chance for business aviation to prove its competitiveness ?
Globally , business aviation has been able to give a prompt response to the growing demand for both business and leisure flights with often first-time users passengers . Our industry has proven to be more resilient than commercial aviation thanks to flights availability , its efficiency , and the perceived travel security during the pandemic .
What are the last news and updates in SEA Prime FBO ?
The pillars of our strategy are infrastructural development and sustainability . Hence , we have started building a new hangar at Milano Linate Prime of approx . 4,500 square meters , the eleventh of the apron , which we expect will be completed this year . The masterplan foresees new hangars dedicated to private jets in response to the strong demand for infrastructures for the development of our business . As for sustainability , we have been investing in full electric ground equipment and , last December , we have organised the first refuelling at Milano Linate Prime of Jet A1 + Eni SAF . This way , we have become the first business aviation airport in Italy , and one of the first in Europe , to offer SAF . It is a key milestone contributing to the decarbonisation process of the global business aviation sector .
How do you try to please or surprise your clients who probably travel a lot and see a lot of FBOs ?
Our mission is to offer all range of services for business aviation – directly o though our partners - providing a safe , seamless and luxury experience . As an example , our concierge service at both Linate Prime and Malpensa Prime is highly appreciated by both our clients and customers .
What is the main thing in your professional life that you ’ ve missed a lot during the pandemic ? Exhibitions , traveling , personal meetings with partners ?
Though our activity has never stopped , I have missed the personal contacts , especially among the international business aviation community . We look forward to the next exhibitions happening in presence in 2022 . SEA Prime will be definitely attending .

Do you think there are changes in travel business that were brought by this pandemic and will stay for a long time ?
I believe some of the changes in the travel industry brought about by the pandemic will stay for a few years . This is also the reason why I believe that business aviation growth at Milano Prime and the factors that have contributed to it can be seen as a structural trend globally .
