Sam Sethi
Co-Founder & CTO - Bagzee
Sam Sethi is an entrepreneur and technologist specialising in web and e-commerce startups.
He is currently the Co-Founder and CTO at Bagzee, a social marketplace dedicated to fashion,
which has successfully raised £1m via EIS. He is also working on Made in , a startup
hub to coincide with the launch of Crossrail in Maidenhead in 2017 and FashTech, a monthly
meetup for the fashion and tech startup community, which is now hosted in London, New York
and San Francisco. After serving in the British Army - Sam graduated from Sandhurst Military
Academy to undertake a Short Service Commission (3 years) with the Parachute Regiment, 2nd
Battalion - he joined Microsoft as System Engineer and Consultant whilst also undertaking
an MBA at Cass Business School. He then spent the next few year working at Netscape,
Microstrategy, Gateway Computer, CMGI and Abrocour before founding Blognation, a global
blog network in 10+ countries reporting on the web 2.0 startup industry in 2007. He founded
Bagzee in November 2010.
Nikhil Shah
Co-founder - Mixcloud
Nikhil Shah is Co-Founder at Mixcloud, the global market leader in on-demand radio and
mix hosting reaching 10 million people a month, where he heads up business development
- overseeing content strategy, audience development, media partnerships, marketing/PR,
music licensing and commercial strategy. A Cambridge University Mathematics graduate and
former Brand Consultant working with brands such as Sky, Sony, Unilever and Sony Ericsson
on insight, positioning, portfolio management and brand strategy. He sits on the Internet
Advertising Bureau UK Audio Council, the Advisory Group for the Branded Content Marketing
Association and the Board of iconic London venue and theatre The Hackney Empire. Nikhil also
runs an electronic music focused record label and clubnight called ManMakeMusic, DJs under
the guise Sketchy and programmes stages at UK festivals Secret Garden Party and Glade.
Shilpa Shah

Information Management
Shilpa Shah is the Programme Director for Deloitte Delivery, leading the growth in the use
of alternative delivery models to deliver large scale technology enabled transformation
programmes. She has developed her skills in analytics, working and leading a variety
of information and data centric projects across clients in the technology, media and
telecommunication and public sectors. She also has oversight for centralised consulting bid
support and leads the Deloitte Women in Technology Network. She joined Deloitte in 1997
after a six year stint at Andersen prior to which she studied for a Master of Engineering (MEng)
in Computer Systems Engineering from The University of Manchester.
