Darshan Sanghrajka
Founder at Super Being Labs & State of Ambition
Darshan Sanghrajka is Founder at Super Being Labs, an innovation and design studio which
was the 02 Smarta 100 Winner in 2014. He is also the Founder at State of Ambition, an initiative
created by Super Being Labs as a social enterprise which dedicates 100% of its net profits to
support to young people, through mentoring, training and scholarships. Darshan has an MA in
Economics and History from the University of California, Los Angeles and an MA in Economics
from the University of St Andrews. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers before
becoming Head of Content Marketing at Bragster responsible for creative guerilla marketing
and campaigns for advertisers such as Cadbury, Tango, Adidas, Lionsgate Films and others.
He co-founded and ran a brand and communications agency called The House London for
just over 6 years, creating campaigns, digital products and strategies for Adidas, Sanyo, the
Commonwealth Foundation, The National Trust, The Technology Strategy Board, Forum For
The Future and the Design Council. For the past eight years Darshan has also been a Stand Up
Comedian!
Mehool Sanghrajka
Founder & CEO - Learning Possibilities
Mehool Sanghrajka is Founder & CEO of Learning Possibilities which was created in 2007 as an
MBO vehicle to acquire the LP+ learning platform and community from Enterprise plc. Today,
LP+ is the national virtual learning environment (VLE) in two countries, Wales and Kuwait and
is globally, the largest cloud-based, Microsoft Sharepoint multi-tenanted e-learning platform
for K-12 . Learning Possibilities has also developed the ADOPT VLE e-maturity framework,
which has become the national model for the UK. Mehool holds a Bachelors in Business
Computing from City University and started his career by founding his first company whilst
at University. Over the past 15 years, Mehool has focused on educational technology, with his
first two ventures being acquired by major UK public companies. In 2003, Mehool became a
Director and Trustee of The Institute of Jainology and an Executive Director of the authoritative
Jainpedia project.
Nishul Saperia
Entrepreneur & Investor
Nishul Saperia is the Co-Founder of $5bn financial services firm Markit, a global, financial
information and services company with revenues of $860 million and over 3600 employees,
which was founded in 2003. It IPO’d on the Nasdaq in 2014. Nishul had various roles at Markit in
almost every area of the firm across London and New York over the course of a decade, leaving
the firm in September 2011. In 2012, he became an Investor and Partner in Jealous, a start up
selling all-natural, vegetarian and gluten free sweets that come in beautiful packaging to major
department stores. In 2013, Nishul became an investor in FolioShack, document creation for
the 21st century and Gerson Lehrman Group, who provide consulting services around financial
services and technology. In 2014, he invested in Grabble, pushing the boundaries of fashion
and social commerce and eMoov, the UK’s largest online estate agent. Nishul has a Masters in
Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College, London and is a mentor at Seedcamp, Oxygen
Accelerator and TechStars.
