Rishi Chowdhury is the co-founder of IncuBus Ventures which is hosted on an iconic double
decker London bus at the heart of the ‘Silicon Roundabout’. IncuBus London is an entrepreneur
incubator building better entrepreneurs and getting them and their startups accelerator ready.
This is done through a tailored personal development course, and a series of business and
product based training workshops. Rishi is also the co founder of YHP (YourHiddenPotential),
which was created with the goal of encouraging entrepreneurship as a real career choice for the
younger generation. YHP has interviewed over 1,000 entrepreneurs in the UK. After graduating
with a 1st Class BA Honors, Business Management degree from Kingston University, he took on
an online marketing role at the London based startup Huddle. Initially as an intern, then as a
consultant, then on a permanent basis. Huddle went on to became one of the fastest growing
tech companies in the UK during that period.

Sonali De Rycker is a Partner at Accel Partners and has been investing in European technology
companies since 2000. She is passionate about backing entrepreneurs in the consumer
(especially marketplaces), next generation financial services, fintech and business software
markets. Sonali has led Accel’s investments in Avito, Lyst, Spotify, Calastone, KupiVIP, Wonga,
Housetrip, Silverail Technologies, Top10 and Wallapop. Sonali is also an independent director
