1 Watermelon
1 Pineapple or can of crushed pineapple
1 coconut or pack of shredded coconut
1 cup of coconut milk/condensed milk/dairy
milk
1 cup of water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 handful of ice cubes
1. Cut the watermelon into 4 slices. Remove
the skin, use a grater to grate the melon
slices into a bowl. Gently grate it so that it is
mashed not broken up completely
2. Add your crushed pineapple into the same
bowl. If you have a whole pineapple do the
same as the watermelon and use the grater
to grate the pineapple.
3. Add in the shreds of coconut to your liking
4. Pour in 1 cup of the milk you are using,
mix all those ingredients together then add in
the 1 cup of water with 2 tbsp. of sugar (if you
are using condensed milk, you don’t need that
much sugar unless your taste buds tell you
otherwise)
5. Add in the ice cubes after you’ve mixed all
the ingredients together, serve in large
glasses with a spoon.
