2 cups of flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/4 cup water
1 1/2 mashed bananas
1/4 cup canola oil
1 Mash the ripe bananas, put into a bowl.
2 add 2 cups of flour, ½ cup of sugar, 1 ½ teaspoon
baking
powder, 1 ¼ cup of water into the same bowl.
3 add ¼ cup of canola oil into frying pan, heat oil up
for 5
minutes before frying
4 take a scoop and start frying
5 continue to flip till both sides are golden brown (8-
10
minutes)
6 Serve with Jam or with a cup of tea, milo or coffee!
