Horse meat Coconut cream Onions 1/2 cup of water 1 Slice your horse meat into 5 pieces. Place them on to a baking pan. 2 Put it in the oven and let it bake for at least an hour or an hour and half until it's fully cooked through. 3 When it's cooked let it sit until it's warm enough to be pulled apart. 4 When it is warm enough to be pulled apart, pull the meat apart into little pieces. (not too little) 5 Cut up the onions how ever you want, put it in a pot together with the coconut milk and the horse. 6 Let it all cook, mix it all and then let it simmer for 15 minutes until it is all nicely cooked. 7 Serve with Lolo'i manioke in a bowl.
