Horse meat
Coconut cream
Onions
1/2 cup of water
1 Slice your horse meat into 5 pieces. Place them on
to a baking pan.
2 Put it in the oven and let it bake for at least an
hour or an hour and half until it's fully cooked
through.
3 When it's cooked let it sit until it's warm enough to
be pulled apart.
4 When it is warm enough to be pulled apart, pull the
meat apart into little pieces. (not too little)
5 Cut up the onions how ever you want, put it in a
pot together with the coconut milk and the horse.
6 Let it all cook, mix it all and then let it simmer for
15 minutes until it is all nicely cooked.
7 Serve with Lolo'i manioke in a bowl.
