Latisha Walker 1. What is your background? Born at Tomah Memorial Hospital, attended Tomah High School and have been employed with RIA since 2005. I have three children who are all active in sports and Tomah. 2. What area of interest, expertise or experience can you bring to the board? Having a family in Tomah, I want to see us as a successful community. I consider myself a people person and am not afraid of a challenge and am also good at multi-tasking. 3. Why do you have an interest in serving on the Tomah Area Chamber Board of Directors? I believe in what the Chamber does and brings to our community and would like to be more involved in the events and functions. 4. How do you see yourself contributing to the mission of the Chamber? I would like to see Tomah continue to grow, I believe that community involvement is key and promoting local businesses is something I always try to do. 5. What other groups or organizations are you involved in? I am active with Tomah Limited Edition as well as I am a youth teacher for Junior Achievement. I also help with Reality Check at the Tomah High School. 6. Will you commit to attending all board meetings, serve on committees and attend Chamber functions? Yes. Pe t e r Re i c h a r d t 1. Graduate of UW Stout, the Graduate School of Banking, Madison, WI and Certificate of Executive Leadership from University of Wisconsin, Madison, School of Business. 2. What area of interest, expertise or experience can you bring to the board? Prior Board member and Chair of the Greater Tomah Area Chamber of Commerce, Board member of other other Tomah area organizations, volunteer with other area organizations (see below). 3. Why do you have an interest in serving on the Tomah Area Chamber Board of Directors? I believe in the Chamber’s mission, I am involved in helping to make and promote Tomah as a great place to do business, attract quality employees and provide a great place to live. 4. How do you see yourself contributing to the mission of the Chamber? Be a part of this great organization to continue to promote Tomah as a great place to live, continue to work on events, programs and services that help promote Tomah businesses and attract people to Tomah to shop local and help see all that is available in our community to enhance quality of life. 5. What other groups or organizations are you involved in? Currently: Tomah Memorial Hospital Foundation (President/ Board Member), Boys and Girls Club (Board Member), Boys and Girls Club of West Central Wisconsin (Corporate Board Member), Rotary Club of Tomah (Member, President Elect-2021), Tomah Long Range Planning Commission (Member), Families First of Monroe County (Board Member), Frank Andres Trust (Trustee), Thomas Earle Trust (Trustee), Tomah Special Olympics, (Volunteer Coach), Warrens Cranfest (Volunteer, Marsh Tours, Shuttle Golf Carts, Park Tour Buses). Previously: Greater Tomah Area Chamber of Commerce (Chair-Executive and Full Board member), Monroe County Tourism and Economic Development Committee (Member), Tomah High School Football Team (Volunteer Coach), Neighbor for Neighbor Food Pantry (Board Member). 6.
