More Than a Banquet,
A Showcase of Tomah Pride
Monday, February 25th was the 56 th annual Banquet and
Awards Ceremony hosted by the Tomah Chamber & Visitors
Center at the Three Bears Resort. Over 350 members and
friends joined in libations, conversation, networking and
music.
This year’s award ceremony was quite special. Every year, we
honor our members who go above and beyond. There are so
many incredible people in this city who give their time and
resources to better Tomah. They don’t do it for an award. They
do what they do because they genuinely want their city- their
home- to progress and exceed its potential. Every award and
nominee that was recognized at this year’s banquet represents
this dedication and passion.
Every person in the room on Monday night felt pride in
Tomah. Dave Schreier said it best, when he said that “it takes
progressive thinking and risk taking to grow a city”. This
is the mentality of each person and business in the photo
below. Congratulations to Toro, the American Legion, Gerke
Excavating, 3 rd Gen, Tina Thompson,
Donna Evans, Rachel Oakes, Jeff Cram
and Dave Schreier - but furthermore,
thank you for passion, for pushing
limits and for your dedication to this
great city!
