Summer has arrived!
It’s here, finally after the cool and rainy spring, it’s here...one of the
most traditional and patriotic holidays of the year where we gather
with friends and family over hotdogs, burgers, brats and a cold
beverage - the Fourth of July. This is the day that we proudly sport
our red, white and blue while we take a look around at everything
we have to be thankful for. We live in a safe and progressive
town, we have so many activities for the whole family and little
to no cost, we have beautiful parks and we have a supportive
community.
This Thursday night, with the support of several sponsors (if
you see any of them, be sure to tell them that they “rock”!) we’re
kicking off Downtown Thursday Nights just before we get to
watch the sky light up with fireworks! This event will be free
entertainment for everyone!
Being a holiday, we hope that this also gives residents and
visitors the chance to take a stroll through the downtown.
Take notice of all of the businesses and enjoy how charming
downtown really is. This is what it’s all about!
