The Wellness Bite:
12 Days of Fitness
We all know how busy and indulgent the holidays can be. Consider this challenge to keep you mindful throught the
stress and temptation of the holidays.
Day 1: Hold a 1 minute plank
Day 2: 2 mile walk/run
Day 3: 30 Squats
Day 4: Practice 4 second breathing (4 second inhale, 4 second exhale...just see how relaxing it can be!)
Day 5: Attend a 5:00am or 5:30am group fitness class!
Day 6: Get a 60 minute massage
Day 7: Rest! It’s the seventh day after all!
Day 8: Do 8 Pull Ups
Day 9: 90 Jumping Jacks
Day 10: Do 10 burpees!
Day 11: 11 Push Ups
Day 12: Twelve Walking Lunges
