Jupiter ’ s millage ( property tax ) rate for FY2021 was 2.6524 . This rate represents dollars paid per $ 1,000 of property value , and Jupiter has planned and budgeted in a way that has allowed this rate to remain fairly stable over the last decade . Increases in property tax revenue have come mainly from increases in property values , as shown in the chart below . So , a typical resident may have seen a slight increase in their property tax paid to the Town in recent years as their property value has increased .
