Our shell options include :
Delrin : is a crystalline plastic , engineered for strength , stiffness and wear resistance . It is suitable for fabricating low-profile dress orthotics and orthoses for obese patients , and its compact density and high tensile strength facilitate ultra-thin orthotic production for any patient . A thin 2-mm composite shell can support over 200lbs and control ranges from semi-flexible to very rigid .
Superform : made of glass and carbon fibers and is a light-weight material when strength and rigidity are essential . Commonly used for athletes or when a very thin orthotic is needed .

Blue / Black Vinyl : Vinyl is a popular top cover choice . It is a thin , long-lasting synthetic leather type material ; that is resistant to tearing and moisture ; and allows for minimal friction .
Leather : is a thin , long-lasting cowhide material . It is an excellent top cover in combination with other cushioning layers . Tear resistant , moistureabsorbing , and minimal friction makes it a great option for diabetics and patients that can ’ t tolerate vinyl .
Medium Density EVA : is a hypo-allergenic , durable closed-cell foam . This waterproof material has great density and is designed for good support and durability . Available Thicknesses : 1 / 16 ” & 1 / 8 ”

Back / Blue ETC : is a cushioned top cover designed for maximum shock absorption . This cover is composed of a thin ETC low friction top backed with durable quick memory foam and injected with a fresh scent , as well as a fungicide . The properties of this cover allow for reduced heat and moisture within the shoe .
