Most of us don't run our businesses with any real sense of urgency. But without it, we lack the
focus to drive our businesses to meet their full potential - or even to the next level.
Now I hope you never have to deal with kidnappers, but here's how to make the best use of this question.
Step 1: Take 10 to 30 minutes where you won't be interrupted to sit down in a quiet place and
answer the three questions I just posed in writing.
Step 2: Take action on them immediately.
Step 3: Repeat this process every three months.
If you do, I promise you that your business will surpass whatever expectations you have for the
coming year.
