This month ive been looking into getting a Chicken coop and found these on Ebay for about £90.Found a page on ex battery hens and they sell for between £3 and £5 and on average lay about one egg a day.This size coop can take about 5 hens and they all have plenty of space.
The feed for these hens is about £10 a bag which will last about 3 months.
I would like them to have freedom to walk around the entire garden but not sure how the dog will react.
